Andreia Mitrea - Founder, Dreamer & CEO
"I built OSCA for other kids—but also for my inner child."
With nearly two decades in education and innovation, Andreia is on a mission to reimagine learning—for children, for parents, for all of us. A visionary edupreneur, she believes that education should prepare us for life, not just exams, and that parents and teachers deserve the support to thrive, not just survive.

She finds meaning in creating OSCA as the place for intergenerational learning, which brings families together and opens new possibilities.
Ioana Sănduleasa - Co-Founder, Culture & Relationships
People first. Always. Ioana has a background in psychology. For 21 years, she has been shaping teams, leaders, and cultures at in various companies, from small to unicorns. She’s a natural at bringing people together, creating spaces where learning sticks, relationships thrive, and courage leads the way. At OSCA, she’s building a culture that feels like home—a place where families grow stronger, together.

Bianca Hațegan - Operations and Getting Things Done
The engine of OSCA’s operations, Bianca has been orchestrating learning experiences since 2021, when she joined Andreia at Colina Learning Center. A natural multi-tasker, she ensures that big ideas turn into real, well-executed experiences, making education work smoothly for teams, parents, and learners alike.

She finds fulfillment in making things happen—helping great ideas take shape and work smoothly for everyone.
Andrei Lasc - Branding, Design and Words Wizzard
Some shape ideas. Others shape visuals. Some tell stories. Andrei does it all. He makes OSCA look, sound, and feel exactly as it should—bold, beautiful, and full of meaning. He believes that great design and powerful words don’t just describe a mission—they build it.
He makes his contribution by bringing OSCA’s identity to life—through crafting a brand identity that reflects OSCA’s vision and purpose.
Rala - Chief Joy Woofficer & Three-Legged Wisdom
Rala doesn’t just amaze is by walking—she teaches us how to move through life with calm, compassion, and fun. As OSCA’s most lovable team member, she reminds us that resilience is best paired with playfulness and that learning happens when we approach the world with curiosity and joy.
