💡Explorer – Curious, engaged, ready to experience! ⭐ Destined for: Families with children aged 6 to 14 ⭐ Weekly minimum time investment: 2h ⭐ Online materials: - short video knowledge bites from 2 to 5 minutes; - trainings or workshops from 45 to 60 minutes; - articles & downloadable resources ⭐ Additional optional support: online weekly sessions with an OSCA Wise Coach ⭐Offline: a 3h-4h live community event to celebrate at the end of the Expedition 📌 Step 1: DISCOVER - provides us with The WHY. Looking at where you are today, your choices & practices as a family. Discovery is strongly connected to the sense of wonder and curiosity, activities will be directed towards encouraging you to observe & ask meaningful questions. 📌 Step 2: DREAM - provides us with The WISH. About higher thinking questions and reflective observation. Setting targets for results & learning objectives (I want to be a better friend, I want to expand my knowledge about food). 📌 Step 3: RESEARCH - provides us with The WHAT. Gaining the knowledge needed to achieve your targets. A deeper understanding about cooking and food as a social activity that brings people together. You will blend personal experience with facts and expert knowledge. 📌 Step 4: DO - provides us with The HOW Build action: move from wishful thinking to creating actual concrete things & experiences for your family. Using the knowledge you gained, start trying things out and experiment! 📌 Step 5: MEASURE -provides us with HOW MUCH Using data and evidence & learning how to make informed decisions. Measur by using feedback and looking at what worked or not. 📌 Step 6: TRANSFORM - provides us with WHAT TO KEEP. Harvesting and celebration of our entire expedition. It is also about meaningful impact in the wider community. We will all come together, share food, share learning and humour, fun and friendship.
